Fox Flight completes upgraded head office/hangar facilities

(Toronto, January 1, 2016) – Fox Flight Air Ambulance, a Canadian company specializing in international medical repatriation, recently relocated its Toronto headquarters to an expanded, custom-built office space. In addition, the company also recently completed an extensive renovation and reorganization of its dedicated hangar facilities at Lester B. Pearson International Airport. TORONTO, Dec. 1, 2015 – Fox Flight Air Ambulance, a Canadian-owned company specializing in international medical repatriation, was recently re-accredited by the European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI). The accreditation followed an exhaustive audit and review process and applies to Fox Flight’s long-range, international fixed-wing operations in the Adult Critical Care category, as well as to the company’s Commercial Escort services. Fox Flight has held EURAMI accreditation since 2009.

Fox Flight ends long overseas ordeal for New Jersey family

(Toronto, September 6, 2015) – Several news crews were waiting when the Fox Flight Lear-35 air ambulance touched down at Teeterboro airport outside New York just after 2:00 p.m. on September 6. The successful intercontinental transfer of the tiny patient on board marked the end of a harrowing ordeal for the Spratt family of Jackson, N.J., that attracted national media attention in the United States.

“Our jets are fully equipped to deal with high-risk patients of all kinds, so this is really nothing new for us,” explained Fox Flight president David Fox. “This has been a stressful experience for everyone involved, and certainly not the way you’d like to welcome a new baby into the world.
